If you have never used a comforter before, you should know they will not come all the way to the floor, like a bed spread does, so you will need a dust ruffle, and other than the synthetic ones, they do require special cleaning care and a good, dense and solid quilting to create an anchor for the cotton filling and baffles for the down filling.
